14th February 2025: Today, Valentines Day we learn that Ms Shamiso Moyo has been put into detention - as of last night. We are in communication by text/e-mail with her daughter, with onward delivery of the ZHRO support document to her Lawyers. We wish her luck with this and her 64th birthday in June this year. Her thoughts have been added below from a communication we received on 1st Feb 2025 - which were going to go into our Petition on the 20th February 2025 - on which Shamiso has been "approved" by the Police Diplomatic Unit!
ZANU-PF scheming
Zanupf believe that they are wiser than all Zimbabweans; They are the greatest scammers in Zimbabwe.
In 1985 they butchered the Ndebeles during the Gukurahundi era in Midlands and Matabeleland and blamed it on Nkomo; which was a lie orchestrated by ED Mnangagwa. In 2000 zanupf butchered the white farmers ruthlessly and blamed it on land reform only for them to grab productive farms and loot billions worth of property and livestock. In 2013 when Mugabe lost the election ED turned the will of the people down and forced Mugabe back into office to protect their loot. In 2017 when they realised that Mugabe was old and weak they mobilised the whole country and the army to overthrow Mugabe through a coup de tat. All this was ED’s plan and instruction From 2017 Zimbabwe’s economy has continued to nose dive while the zanupf top brace have continued looting unabated. Rule of law is non existent.
Nepotism is the order of the day; Human rights have been abandoned; The police, the army and the judiciary have become partisan; Recruitment for these arms of government have all become partisan; Freedom of speech has been removed; Opposition is not allowed to gather; Abductions and murder of those speaking truth to power have increased; Zimbabwe under Mnangagwa is a banana republic; Zimbabwe is now a Mnangagwa dynasty!
The infights within zanupf is just disguise to confuse the public zanupf wants to remain in power to protect their loot. The 2030 agenda has to be resisted with every force. Zanupf must go in total

'Constitutionalism' vs Truthfulness
It was "reassuring" to hear ED telling newspaper editors that he was a constitutionalist and would therefore serve no more than 2 terms, as enshrined in the constitution of Zimbabwe. But I am very sceptical about politicians; Zanu PF politicians in particular.
These remarks may have been said to 'ward off' the pressure from War Veterans led by Cde Bombshell, I am therefore not convinced that ED will stick to his words. The mere fact that he's allowing the likes of Daniel Garwe, Kazembe Kazembe, Ziyambi Ziyambi to continue going about telling people that they will work flat out to make sure that ED stays beyond 2028 makes me question his sincerity.
He has the power to tell the MPs to desist from bombarding people with or forcing people to shout slogans such "2030 anenge aripo" - I have always wondered why Zanu PF politicians never address or engage people on developmental issues. Each time you hear them speak it's all about succession issues, - I submit that until ED puts it on paper that he will not go beyond 2028, we should continue putting the pressure to make sure this won't happen!

No to 2030
With the ongoing madness of the "2030 anenge achipo" mantra which has taken more time which was supposed to be used on how to develop the country they have ruined for more than 44 years. This has seen youths being reduced to baggers of the so called "mbingas" who have been divulging in their future.
The looters have been on the forefront of forcing the incompetent Mnangagwa to remain on power as they want to extend their already overstretched hands in the financial coffers, leading to the financial Ministry relying on drip situation, having to pay Civil Servants with money being collected from the toll gates, instead of that money doing its intended jobs of rebuilding the roads.
The situation is dire to the extent of people having blackouts for more than 18 hours a day, no clean water, no paracetamol in the hospitals and this has resulted in people having to rely on the old age methods of traditional medicine.
With all this that has been happening l stand in solidarity with everyone out there who is against this unconstitutional move which is about to be made at the ‘expense’ of Zimbabwean. This has always been the way of the regime manipulating the constitution into fake referendums with the fake ZEC and this has made Zimbabwe ‘bleed’ for years, it’s time to make the wrongs right.

Cry my beloved country Zimbabwe.
A country once a breadbasket of Africa now looks like a ghost country. No more roads, no more clean water for its citizens, no more hospitals and medicine, no more electricity.
Zimbabwe is now a crime scene because of ZANU PF and ED Mnangagwa {EDM}.
There is no more rule of law but rule by decree by the ‘Mafia boss’ EDM who want to extend his leadership to 2030. EDM abuses Zimbabwe's National Resources with his family. Corruption and nepotism have escalated under his ‘leadership’. He has created a Mafia dynasty.
The majority of Zimbabwean’s are ‘trapped’ in poverty; unemployment has risen to levels we have never seen before. EDM has failed our nation constitutionally, morally and historically. He now wants to hold on to power past the Constitutionally Mandated Term (he seized power, by force, after losing to Nelson Chamisa) and want to pass it on to his Children. EDM is not fit to run OUR country, he must do the right thing and resign. NO to 2030 vision.

No Honour Among Thieves
I am deeply troubled and saddened when I think of the children of Africa living in countries such as Zimbabwe. Zimbabwean’s hardship from colonialism to a totalitarianism state headed by Mnangagwa the leader oh ZANU PF, a party which has been in power since 1980.
Mnangagwa is a wolf in sheep clothing, he was Mugabe’s right-hand man from the beginning, stealing from the pockets of Zimbabwean citizens, giving each other farms and selling the country’s minerals on the black market to line their own pockets. The people are suffering yet his wealth is accumulating rapidly.
I believe Mnangagwa is more dangerous than Mugabe, since he ousted Mugabe himself, and he puts his children and family in positions of power. He is corrupt to the core as can be seen from the elections which he rigged, an election which he clearly lost. Technically he should not even be addressed as a President since he didn’t win that election.
As long as ZANU PF and Mnangagwa remains in power there is no Human Rights existing
In Zimbabwe, Human Rights activists being arrested on bogus charges, the youths of Zimbabwe robbed of their freedom and future. The only road for the country to prosper is to rid itself of ZANU PF and Mnangagwa. Zimbabweans unite and rise against this totalitarian government of thieves with no honour.

No to ED 2030, for it will extend a criminal mastermind who builds a corrupt empire enriching his family and his criminal cartels. ED Mnangagwa and your family are at the centre of corrupt activities. You invite criminals at the state house because it is the work of a cartel. State resources are under your command.
No to ED 2030 Life Presidency and Dynasty, because you have captured the judiciary for your personal gain. You have stolen people's happiness, and you have created a min presidency in your wife.

LEST WE FORGET!...Not Adhering to the Principles of the Liberation Struggle
When Zimbabwe got independence on 18th April 1980, there were great aspirations of a 'new dawn' after many years of the colonial bondage. It was a relief and the excitement was second to none. The agenda of the Liberation Struggle brought many hopes to many, alas, it 'never rains but pours' for the populace because of the bad governance currently experienced even prior to the current administration which was led by Robert Gabriel Mugabe.
In November 2017 Emmerson Dambudzo M'nangagwa rose to power through a coup d etat and contested for the 2018 elections, he never won. Nelson Chamisa won the elections. On record it has been said that M'nangagwa has never won any election in Zimbabwe which includes his own constituency where he was defeated dismally by an MDC candidate in a Parliamentary Seat.
The majority of the people feel being cornered with these ruthless, clueless, leaders who have driven a 'false promise/narrative" far too long, not abiding to the goals of the Liberation Struggle or upholding the Constitution. Many are concerned why M'nangagwa is interested in extending his term of office, which he has refused in public - but once said it in public. The question is WHY? When he has failed to lead. Those in the political party ZANU PF have begun to see the picture of his incompetence by joining the political discourse that "M'nangagwa Must Go" which human rights and political activists spearheaded for a long time, not forgetting the war veterans who have now also joined in calling for the resignation of M'nangagwa.
The majority of war veterans have been used and dumped in poverty by those in authority including M'nangagwa.Recently Cde Bombshell, a decorated armed struggle liberator, never minced his words during an interview with Blessing Mhlanga when he said, "l will not be used like a political condom all the time, l am not a political condom." He was one of the key players to oust Mugabe in 2017.
M'nangagwa is an oppressor applying black on black oppression. ED2030 is nonsensical!

"Urgent Action for Zimbabwe's Health Crisis"
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Today, we face a dire reality in Zimbabwe—a nation once labeled a bread basket now a "basket case" has also become a "cardboard case." The use of cardboard as a substitute for proper medical supplies is a tragic symbol of the government's failure to provide basic necessities, putting countless lives at risk.
With the potential withdrawal of USAID, the health crisis in Zimbabwe will only worsen. We must urge the international community to continue supporting Zimbabwe and demand that the government take immediate action to improve healthcare.
Let us stand together, raise our voices, and fight for a future where healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

This also ties in with the major problems in Zimbabwe with the looting of USAID and other International programme money. By not spending this vital AID on Medical equipment and vital medication - the regime is risking the health of its injured or unwell citizens - this is an appaling situation. It seems to demonstrate a crass disregard for human life.

No to ED2030
We as a people we say no to 2030. President Munangagwa has been consistently saying that he has no plans to remain in office beyond 2028. However his failure to stop his supporters from advocating for his extended rule has raised suspicions about his sincerity. It means he is likely behind the plot. It’s just political games for him, but real life for us.
It is sad that whilst his games are continuing, hospitals have no drugs. I’m talking about major hospitals like Parirenyatwa and Sally Mugabe hospitals.
A few days ago a lady, which went viral, because she was given a cardboard box instead of a Plaster. Today hospitals struggle to get pain killers, thousands and thousands of Zimbabweans are dying of treatable diseases each day due to not having adequate access to Primary and Secondary Healthcare even if they have the means to pay, even more so when they cannot pay.
Mnangagwa regime has destroyed the future of the youths. Instead of youth focusing on their futures within Zimbabwe, they are busy chasing drugs and or a way out of the country.
There is hardly any clean water in Zimbabwe. People are suffering getting sick from water borne illnesses with some even dying.
The rate of unemployment is about 95% with the highest inflation in the world. This is the country where the President wants to rule for a third term?
Guys, Munangagwa and his regime have totally failed us we need new blood to lead us we need a change in our nation. Zanu pf and its perpetrators must go. We have suffered more than enough. It’s high time for the new government to move in now now now.
